Tikk reads every connected calendar before showing slots. A busy event on any calendar (a dentist, a blocked focus hour, an existing call) removes that slot from your booking page. Nothing to configure per event. Protection is always on.

Supported calendars

Google Calendar

Connect one or more Google accounts. Tikk checks all selected calendars in real time.

Microsoft Outlook

Works with personal Microsoft accounts and Microsoft 365 work or school accounts.

Apple iCloud

Connect using an app-specific password from your Apple ID settings.

iCal feed

Paste any valid iCal feed URL. Fastmail, Proton Calendar, Airbnb or anything that publishes an .ics feed.

Connect a calendar

1

Open Settings → Calendars

In your dashboard, click your avatar and select Settings. Choose Calendars from the left menu.
2

Click Add Calendar and pick a provider

Choose Google, Outlook, Apple iCloud or iCal feed.
3

Authorize Tikk

Complete the OAuth flow or paste your credentials. Tikk requests read and write access. Read checks your availability; write adds confirmed bookings to your primary calendar.
4

Repeat for each calendar

Connect as many as you need. Tikk checks all of them at once when computing availability.
Free supports 1 calendar. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited connections.

How it works

Once calendars are connected, Tikk checks all of them in real time whenever someone loads your booking page. Any overlap with any event (even one minute) hides the slot. No manual sync, no refresh, no polling delay.
Connect your personal calendar too, even if you only take work bookings. Personal event details stay private. Only the busy times block slots.

Calendar write-back

When a booking is confirmed, Tikk adds an event to your primary calendar. It includes the meeting title, the booker’s name and the auto-generated meeting link (Google Meet, Teams or Jitsi). Nothing to copy over.
