Charge for any service, with payment taken at booking. The slot is only confirmed and added to both calendars once payment goes through. No unconfirmed bookings sitting on your calendar.

Accepted payment methods

Clients pay at booking with:
  • iDEAL. Direct bank transfer, popular in the Netherlands.
  • Bancontact. Widely used in Belgium.
  • Credit or debit card. Visa, Mastercard and other major networks.
Payment happens inline on your booking page. Clients don’t need a Tikk account to pay.

Set a price on a service

You can enable paid booking on any service independently.
1

Open your service

In the dashboard, go to Services and click the one to make paid, or create a new one.
2

Enable Paid booking and set a price

Switch on Paid booking and enter an amount.
3

Pick a currency

Match the currency to your payout account. Clients see the price in that currency.
4

Save

Click Save. The booking form now includes a payment step.

Transaction fees

Pro removes platform transaction fees. If you take paid bookings at any real volume, it usually pays for itself.

Payouts

Once a payment is confirmed, funds are queued for transfer to your connected bank account. The calendar event and meeting link only go out after payment is captured. Never before. Connect your bank account under Settings → Payouts before publishing a paid service.

Booking payment states

Every booking exposes a payment object:
pending means checkout started but wasn’t completed. failed means the payment was declined. The slot is released automatically.
Even a small price filters out low-commitment bookings and cuts no-shows. Hosts often see fewer cancellations after adding a small fee.

Free meetings

For a free service, set the price to €0 or leave Paid booking off. Free services return payment.status = "none" and skip the payment step.
