With manual approval on, booking requests arrive as cards in your dashboard. You see the booker’s name, email and topic before anything is confirmed. Nothing lands on your calendar until you accept.
Manual approval is a Pro feature. Start a 7-day free trial to enable it.

Enable manual approval

You can set it per service, so you can mix auto-confirmed and approval-required offerings on the same account.
1

Open the service

Go to Services and click the one you want to update.
2

Select Manual approval

In Booking confirmation, switch from Automatic to Manual approval.
3

The approval flow

  1. Booker submits the form. They pick a slot, fill in details and click Book. For paid services, payment is collected and held pending your decision.
  2. Status is pending. The slot is held. No calendar event yet.
  3. You get a notification. Email plus a dashboard notification with name, email and topic.
  4. You review. Open the card in your dashboard for the full details.
  5. Accept or decline:
    • Accept. Status becomes accepted. A calendar event is created and both parties get a meeting link.
    • Decline. Status becomes declined. You can add a reason. The booker is emailed and any held payment is released or refunded.

Selective hiring

Screen candidates with a short prompt before booking a formal interview.

Paid consultations
