Tikk connects to two CRMs: Teamleader Focus and HubSpot. Both connections work in two directions at once. Into Tikk. Meetings already in your CRM count as busy time, so nobody books a slot you’ve committed elsewhere, exactly like a connected calendar. Out of Tikk. When a booking is confirmed, Tikk finds the contact by email (or creates them), then creates the meeting in your CRM against that contact. Your CRM stays current without anyone typing anything in twice.

Connect

1

Open Connected Apps

Go to Settings → Connected Apps.
2

Connect your CRM

Click Connect on Teamleader Focus or HubSpot.
3

Authorize Tikk

You’re sent to your CRM to sign in and approve the connection. Tikk asks only for what it needs, calendar/meetings and contacts, and never sees your password.
Once connected, the integration appears alongside your calendars under App integrations.
On the Free plan you get one active connection in total and a connected CRM counts toward the same limit as your calendars. Pro is unlimited.

What Tikk accesses

Nothing else is read, stored or shared. Deals, invoices, pipelines and notes are never touched.

What happens on each booking

Contact matching is by email address, so a returning client doesn’t become a duplicate record. Their new meeting attaches to the contact you already have.

Disconnect

Go to Settings → Connected Apps and disconnect. Tikk stops reading the CRM’s meetings for availability and stops creating meetings in it. Anything already created stays where it is; nothing is deleted from your CRM.
Settings → Connected Apps is also where you review other apps you’ve authorized against your Tikk account through OAuth and revoke any you no longer use. See Authentication if you’re building one.
